All our cards and stationery are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Please understand that due to the bespoke nature of these products, we operate with a strict no automatic returns policy.

No Refunds:

Noo-Can-Do does not offer refunds for purchased items.

Replacement Considerations:

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe there is a significant issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or a serious defect, you must contact Cynthia Young directly at cynthia@noocando.com or +27 84 240 5330 within 3 days of receiving your order.

Contacting Cynthia Young:

  • Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product in question.
  • Cynthia will personally review each case and determine if a replacement is warranted.
  • Replacements are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Noo-Can-Do.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Replacements may be considered only for significant defects or damage incurred during shipping.
  • Variations in color, texture, or minor imperfections inherent in handmade items are not considered defects.
  • Any replacement decision is made by Cynthia Cross.

Acknowledgement of Purchase:

  • By placing an order with Noo-Can-Do, you acknowledge and agree that handmade cards and stationery are generally non-returnable due to their unique nature.
  • You are agreeing that you understand that you are purchasing a hand made item, and that it will not be exactly like a mass produced item.
