Noo-Can-Do Online Card Store – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Noo-Can-Do Online Card Store ( www.noocando.com). By accessing and using our website and placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. 

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Placement: Customers can browse our products and place orders as guests. No account creation is required.
  • Invoice and Payment: Upon placing an order, an invoice will be sent to the customer’s provided email address. This invoice will include the total order amount and available payment options.
  • No Online Payment Processing: Noo-Can-Do does not process online payments directly. Payment details and options will be provided on the invoice.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received according to the invoice.

3. Product Information

  • Handmade Nature: All Noo-Can-Do products are handcrafted. Due to this nature, variations in color, texture, and minor imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects.
  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Please review these carefully before placing an order.
  • Variations: Customers acknowledge and accept that handmade items will not be exactly like mass-produced items.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Options:
    • Local FREE SHIPPING via The Courier Guy for orders over 100 STANDARD cards (excluding MINI cards).
    • PUDO (locker-to-door): 3-5 business days at R80. Tracking number and PIN will be provided.
    • International Shipping: To be confirmed on an order-by-order basis.
  • Shipping Address: Customers must provide a physical address for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
  • Shipping terms: Please note that shipping times are estimates, and Noo-Can-Do is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • No Refunds: Noo-Can-Do does not offer refunds for purchased items.
  • Replacement Considerations:
    • Replacements may be considered for significant defects or damage incurred during shipping.
    • Customers must contact Cynthia Young at cynthia@noocando.com or +27 84 240 5330 within 3 days of receiving the order.
    • Replacements are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Noo-Can-Do.
    • Variations in colour, texture, or minor imperfections inherent in handmade items are not considered defects.
  • Acknowledgement: By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that handmade cards and stationery are generally non-returnable.

6. Privacy Policy

    • Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, contact details, purchase history) to process orders and provide customer support.
    • Data Usage: Your information will be used to fulfill orders, communicate with you, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
    • Data Protection: We implement security measures to protect your information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
    • POPIA Compliance: We comply with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • All content on the Noo-Can-Do website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Noo-Can-Do and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    • Noo-Can-Do shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
    • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

    • Noo-Can-Do reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
    • Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
